Yes, same one. I don't think they will have buddies every day for this week. However, there'll be one more day on the following Mon, whereby the P1s will meet their buddies again, just to check on how the little ones are doing after about a week in school.

Oh, jus to add, P also inform that p1 to p2 will b enbloc as much as possible unless due to behavior issues or bcos of dividing e pupils for chinese enrichment. I’m tryin to b politically correct here, P said its not streaming, but its to allow more students to attend chinese enrichment

Think Trapwithin asked me to report on the PSLE 2010 results. Well here it is (caveat emptor - it's recorded by dw who's not so kpo as me so use it at your own risk).


Top PSLE - 276 x 2
3rd & 4th - 273 x 2

Overall pass 99.7%
83.5% express stream
Mean score 228.3
T-score 250 & above = 25.2%
6.8% 4A* (23 students)

% A & A*
English = 79.9%
Chinese = 88.6%
Maths = 70.5%
Science = 66.9%
HCL = 29.4%

Think in the last 2 yrs, PH's results really improved a lot (see Funx3, me trying to score pts with sch again).

Anyway, Some Info that Might Interest the KS Parents was explained in Detail ....

Top 4 Class : Starts from 10, 9, 8, 7
5th Class : 1 (With ALL 4 subjects Reasonably Good Results)
Next 5 Class : Mixed Ability - 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

So If your Kid in say Teamwork 1 - He / She's not in Worst Class, but in 5th Top Class ....
OR Could We Re-Named them \"MIDDLE CLASS\"????
Or the \"SANDWICH-ed CLASS\"???? :roll: :roll:

Yea .. full enbloc for P1 to P2. But some will go to different classes for Chinese.

Actually, I just Happen to Ask My Gal Casually Last Nite when I was Chit-Chatting with her before she goes to bed, and mentioned that one of her Gym-mate is in Teamwork1 ....

And She Told Me P Goes into Detail on How Class Postings R Allocated -

CCA is not compulsiry for primary school, right?
but i want my dd to join CCA as i think CCA can help us to develop other qualities and lifestyles like leadership, teamwork, responsibility....
there shd be a balance between academic excellence and EQ excellence.
Choir was my dd's decision, maybe it is a slack CCA.
if you are aiming for DSA scheme or CCA appeal, at least it is one chance...
