It seems like quite a number of them bring their own food, including mine :lol:haha.. I'm having a challenging time just getting DS to pronounce 'Integrity\"!! when P1s receive their timetables? Want to know how many days of PE
I noticed that food in the canteen is rather expensive.. more than a $1 for for meals.. or is it just that I saw only the expensive ones? DH wants to give DS only $1.50 so that he can't buy soft drinks too.. but I'm trying to teach him about tithing, and am afraid $1.50, after tithing, not enough.. can the veterans here share how much you give your child??
BTW, DS is SOOOO happy that we will not b following him to school today.. makes me wonder what mischief is he going to get up to..
So we only gave her a $1 per day and she never used them in P1. -

JUST WONDERING, i thought MOE is reducing the class size....now, how come the class size is getting bigger? Minister Ng Eng Hen, are you reading this thread? we want PHPPS's class size to be between 20 to 25......[/quote]Wow ....
Ya my DD told me her class has 45 pupils too! But I never heard her mentioning about Co-form Teacher. Wonder how the teacher is going to handle 45 Pri 3 kids! It's going to be tough on her.Happy Mama:

My boy only mentioned Maths banding. Has not seen the Science/Chinese teachers. He was told the Maths teacher could be Sci HOD
He also has a Co-Form teacher. How different is a Co-Form teacher from a Form teacher?
Btw, his class is very big- 45 pupils with more than 1/2 are boys.
That Means PH Gonna Have Teamwork 18, 17, ....
Don't Think Got Space At the Moment to Accommodate ....
PH Gotta Factor this Space / Classroom Problem in the Coming Upgrading, Not Merely to Increase capacity to Cater for Single Session for P1 / P2 ....
Heard Gonna Shift to Holding School Sometime Next Year Or So while this is in Progress ....  -
php:
Wow such hidden agenda?! :!:
do you know what they should teach P3 kids? Loyalty...So if they do well in GEP test, they will choose to stay put in PHPPS....just joking.....
Mrsbongz:

Likewise yesterday we made her brought a sandwich for recess. But today we didnt. Want to try let her learn to buy food from canteen while they still have a buddy to guide them.
Ya I suspect food quite expensive too. Because I recalled buying 1 packet of Twisties for 50cts during orientation... So just to be safe, we are giving her $2 in case she decides to buy twisties before proper food :stupid: -

Oh, today confirmed HOD Sci is not going to be his MA teacher :celebrate:
First day MA class, teacher did not teach much from the textbook but got homework to do :? So the pupils are to prepare themselves before going for lessons. Is this the norm in P4?

Yesterday I asked DD whether FT have given out the time tables. She said Yes. But dig the whole bag cannot find it. She said FT says keep in shelf. Told her to bring it back home today. But I wont be surprise if she'll forget

As I really dunno how reliable her info is. Maybe someone else can confirm instead. Thanks!
