2011 P1 Registration Exercise for 2012 In-Take

Khordan:
Would the 'optimal'/'ksp.com-endorsed' solution be to register for Nanyang or Rosyth at 2A2 while monitoring the situation in Tao Nan?

You've done your homework well! That's pretty much what most of us would recommend doing.
But my preference would be to register at Rosyth since it is nearer to your home, no? -
vicki:
Do you have a back-up plan for 'in case you dont get in MGS'? Pls plan for Plan B. Very impt!!bleuberi:
How is your girl settling into P1? Can't really believe time passed so quickly and it'll be my turn this time next year.
I was from IJ too, but sending her back there would be quite a distance from where we're staying.
Hi Vicki,
We too have been thinking for the longest time what would happen if we had to ballot.
But I suppose we'd still try again at Phase 2C if we don't succeed at Phase 2B?
So keeping fingers crossed. -

Hi Janet,
Yes, we're staying within 1km of MGS so will try again at Phase 2C if not successful at Phase 2B.

Hope you are successful getting in. My daughter's classmate from kindy had to ballot even staying within 1km.Hi Janet,

Honestly, I'm thinking of writing to MGS to put my daughter on wait list...so much nearer home. -
The problem is MGS is that, there are so many high density developments there i.e. condos. Everyone seems to be < 1 km. I have a friend satying at Casa Ezperanza (or something like that) tells me that the whole condo seems to have only girls, and they all study at MGS . . . wow

This is Singapore...and Singaporean parents seem to enjoy having daughters as compared to other Asian countries.Eagle-Ladybird:

:offtopic: My son told me he's glad he's not a girl...because a girl would have to be pregnant and give birth. If I can add on, I would tell him that women have to suffer menstrual cramps too. His teacher hasn't started teaching human reproduction yet. -
