Hello everybody!!!


My bread is in the machine now!!!! It will be ready at 11pm!!!! Heehee... Can't wait!!! :rubhands: :drool:

Pheeeeeeewittt... I got my TOY but I don't have yeast!!!!

Anyway, I was scanning around and found a daddy's baking blog and this is a picture of his first-time try at the bread with the machine.

Ya la... I so suaku first time using breadmaker, of course excited la... My bread will be ready at 11pm! Will make everybody drool later. :evil:

My machine is shaking violently now! Dough kneading in process! Oooh, so exciting!!

The shaking just now was probably the kneading process, while the 'quiet' time' now is probably the proofing stage. Do not attempt to open the cover now!

Oh, ok. Now I hope I put the yeast right in the middle cos instructions say to put yeast in the middle of flour and yet cannot touch the water. I think I put the yeast not centre enough.
