Oh, ok. Now I hope I put the yeast right in the middle cos instructions say to put yeast in the middle of flour and yet cannot touch the water. I think I put the yeast not centre enough.

Correct, yeast cannot touch water, this is another point of failure most people commit to get a not-so-good outcome.

Friend, the viewing window for this model is small compared to Bluesky....so I think I will try not to peep so much...straining to the eyes. Alternatively, I will take a picture then see it in close zoom. :lol:
