Time to stop eating potato chips

Seriously, if you take all the researches word-for word and cut all food with negative findings out totally, you are going to end up with just water. Everything in moderation, more of the good stuff (like veg, grains etc) and less of the fried, processed etc, but not cut it out completely.
I have to admit I love my crisps though only certain brands - Red Rock, Kettle and certain Brit brands -

Frankly, humans are the only mammals to drink another species milk, and way past weaning stage too!! That dont seem right.
Human babies drink human milk for the first few years of their lives; calves drink cow’s milk until they can fend for themselves; but adult humans do not drink human milk, and adult cows do not drink cow’s milk. So why, do adult humans drink cow’s milk? Further, why are humans the only animals that not only drink milk in adulthood but another animal’s milk altogether?
Dairy is nature’s perfect food–but only if you’re a calf.
BTW humans are the only ones that eat cooked food. -
Talking about water, do you buy special filter? There's the thing about chlorine lah, then alkaline, etc.......sometimes feel everything is bad for us
I mean even organic food, is it really possible to grow organic food on this polluted earth? -
This thread is turning scary. Nothing is safe to eat, even drinking water? amen…
