Hi Lynbaby....eventually which sch did you chose and gotten into? I am just staying in Quintet and we were unsuccessful with phase 2C ballot.I am still in a dilemma whether to register my kid to unity or yew tee primary. I stay nearer to unity pri sch.
Any advise?
Now we are deciding which other schs we can select. By the way, any mommies on this forum which kids already in YTPS to advise the chances of any withdrawal and having an internal balloting?
I have 2 more younger kids and no domestic helper. Logistics is v impt for me so YTPS is a natural sch. Now I have to enroll my girl to a sch farther from home...which is really frustrating and disappointing...any advice for me?
Possible transfer to YTPS later?? ANy advice is helpful and appreciated! thanks

The new principal at YTPS is so βshut doorβ policy person. I canβt believe how laid back the P6 trs are. Lets b practical,v here about schs running extra classes during hols n this sch had none during jun only in sept n boy was it lame! I regret having 2 kids here;hoping to transfer my 2nd to another sch soon.

I have written to the P on some issues and she responded promptly. In fact, I find her better than the previous P.
The PSLE preparation is definitely better than a lot of schools ... they even have 2 prelims to prepare the kids to handle the actual exams.
All the best to your P6 kid.
To Kyon and Yewteemum,
Put yourself on the waiting list, there are people who actually transfer out. I have a friend's child who was balloted out, but got a place before the P1 term started. Good Luck !!! -

Based on the recent parent briefing n announcement made, 4 classes are banded, I.e. care, diligence, empathy n faith, n they r in mixed ability. -

I understand when they are moving from P2 to P3, the students were split to the better 50% and the weaker 50%. Within the better 50%, the students are further split but still in mixed ability?
How about when they go up to P5? Which class is the best one? -
from the grapevine....
for pr 5 & 6 CARE is the best class
