DD was doing her Maths homework and I was going through her work when I saw 1 page not done.

I asked her \"why didn't you do this page\" She replied \"teacher said no need to do\"

      I asked \"are you sure\" and she said \"really\"...

I didn't believe and kept asking her the same question until the last part when she looked at me SO sweetly and said \"Mummy, I was the one who went to school, not you....\"

I went like \"OOPS!\" and immediately kept quiet!

Kids say the darnest things and I didn't know to be angry or to laugh at her response! Hahaha!!

Was using siwukuaidu Chinese book to teach ds1 some Chinese words, as he is very poor in Chinese. 😞

We were at lesson 4 or 5, there is a word called 牛, so I associate this word with 奶. So I asked him, what do you drink sometimes? So he answered 牛奶. Very good right?

Ok, we went on to another page, the word is 大牛.

          He mixed up 牛and 奶.

Smurf: what is this? (pointing to 大牛)
          Ds1: erm, erm, 大......奶!

          😢

I bathed daughter yesterday. Was soaping her when I smelt pee.

I: Girl, did you just pee ?
Daughter: I don't know. Think so.
I: What ? You don't know if you pee or not ?
                  Daughter: Then should be.
