Any advice on how to improve on synthesis & transformation ?

Last year my DS was in P5 and did very badly in S & T. I bought this book Conquer Synthesis and Transformation' - teachers@work Workbook5. It helped him improve. This year not yet bought a book for S & T, the school is giving enough work, and we are not finding the time to do the few assessment books that we have bought

What synthesis books did you buy? I went to Popular but cannot really find books that are good.

You are right...don't have good ones...just have to make do with something. I got Longman Practice for P5 as well as Teachers@work 'Conquer Synthesis & Transformation'. You can check out this other title by Casco. 'Classroom English Synthesis & Transformation' by Jalynn Yokairei

For both kids, I will just go ahead to buy 'Conquer' range. I bought Longman Maths and Science weekly for my son in P5 this year.

If possible, compare the content page.
I copied out those connectors used in worksheets from school and compared the assessment books which have most of the connectors. It's not possible to find ALL in one book, you are lucky if there are 2 books which would have most of them.
