In-law problems?

Funz:
in the 1st year of our marriage, MIL still buys underwear, handkerchieves and socks for DH. And she will call him in the morning to remind him to brush his teeth.
OMG :rotflmao: -

:!: This is bad!!Hi,
Just want to share my bit abt my mil. My mil stays together with us. Whenever we have conflicts, she never fails to remind me that her son can change his wife but she will always be his ONE & ONLY MOTHER. -

I'm waiting to give that hubby's sister a piece of my mind for calling me names when I keep arms length from her all these years. Fortunately hubby knows about it but doesn't dare to tell her off. Same goes for his mother bcos there will be lots of 'water shed'. I always tell hubby that he is a 'softie', which is why his mother and sister always bullies him.[/quote]My DH will avoid confrontation with his mum so lesser crying sessions.
My mil will just break down into tears if my DH is to raise his voice. My sil too just break into tears when talking to me....as if I bully herMrs Ang:

Of course the sticky situations can be avoided if either side can handle their own parents. My hubby isn't able to handle his mother...bcos he doesn't see the 2 sides of her. So he will never understand when I tell him. I can tell my mum she is long-winded but he dare not tell his.
After the incident, we never talk to each other. -

So it seems they all have one trait in common - TEARS when things are not in their favor. If I'm not wrong, I did hear that comment ever mentioned to hubby b4. He has only one mother. :stupid:

Ha ha, my elder sis always jokes that my mil will have a longer lifespan than me

If they have the bochap attitude, no need to worry about anything nor think of what to cook, sure long life. But the brain will deteriorate and kena dementia. -

Yes, totally agree. Seems to me the only thing they are good in is tears. Its terrible. Emotion blackmail i thought. Now i nicknamed mine as \"crybaby\" to my hubby separately.. I know i am mean
