Let Me try:
3A + 3B = 60
so A + B = 60/3 = 20
then C = 37 -20 =17

Something seems wrong with this question.

Before ratio
Marble : Mosaic
4:5
= 12:15

After ratio
6:4
= 12:8

The number of mosaic in fact decrease if the marbles are the same.
