Finally manage to get the ingredients I need
And here is the recipe I used for Kaya pandan bread:
1 cup of liquid mixture (100 cc coconut milk, 1 eggs and water = 1 cup)
1 3/4 cup bread flour
1 tsp pandan paste
1 1/2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs butter
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
And the result in 3 hours

Oh yes, then where's the Kaya, since you mentioned Kaya Pandan Bread? Do you get kaya by mixing coconut milk, egg and water?

Thanks all. Yeah, should reduced the water. I use the same amount as choc bread actually. :?

Cheesy has another 30mins to go. Find that the smell is more intense this time round. Maybe itβs because I used 1/2 cup water and milk for the balance up to the 2/3 mark.

2-3 days is not bad.. later it become quite hard

Yah, I teochew, but cant profess to speak it well at all, cos at home dont speak much. Think I understand more than I speak.
