      Hi....

Finally manage to get the ingredients I need πŸ˜„

And here is the recipe I used for Kaya pandan bread:

1 cup of liquid mixture (100 cc coconut milk, 1 eggs and water = 1 cup)
      1 3/4 cup bread flour
      1 tsp pandan paste
      1 1/2 tbs sugar
      1/2 tsp salt
      1 tbs butter
      1 1/2 tsp instant yeast

And the result in 3 hours πŸ™
Sounds good. Pls post pictures. πŸ™‚

        Thanks so much πŸ˜‰

Oh yes, then where's the Kaya, since you mentioned Kaya Pandan Bread? Do you get kaya by mixing coconut milk, egg and water?
Yeah, I hope I could get it right πŸ˜„
But the dough seems not right 😒
        Too much liquid

Cheesy has another 30mins to go. Find that the smell is more intense this time round. Maybe it’s because I used 1/2 cup water and milk for the balance up to the 2/3 mark.

How many days do you think our wonderful home made preservative-free breads are good for?

2-3 days is not bad.. later it become quite hard 😞

                    Yah, agreed.
