Like HOD said out loud and clear during last sat's session and parents blurted into laughter :' esp for boys....some flowers bloom / blossom later.....'
DH was like why pick boys and not girls.
Well, I'm also hopeful ds will kai qiao sooner and my worries can be shifted to else where πŸ˜›

Those who matured earlier do not necessarily become more hardworking πŸ˜‰ My elder boy is one such example. The girls in his class will do every MA qns in Fabian Ng's PSP, but he will only complete those assigned by the MA teacher. When he became stumped by a particular qn, he will casually dismiss it as he just cant remember for that moment the how to, BUT he knows how to solve, the method is just at the back of his mind  That's why I said I must manage my expectation. No point stressing each other over the mentality of must get full marks. This makes all parties happy and being happy is impt to a child who spends almost 1/2 of his day in sch.

Great Minds think Alike, Again!
Lower Expectation = Less STRESS, Right?

Anyone knows when we have to hand back the School Donation Card? I did not see any deadline.

The sch letter states collection in May.

If i read correctly, i think it said collection amount will be made known in May; so i thought submission will be much earlier than that?

E3:
Not sure whether this is going to make it worse or better after reading all your posts on the stress for the upcoming exams.

There is only less than a week left to CA1 so plan quality revision. Find out the weak areas of your kids and work on those. Got to be flexible and θ§ζœΊθ‘ŒδΊ‹...

My dd will be sitting for two piano exams on top of her CA1 next week. We are holding up well and I am thankful for her on-the-ball and positive attitude. She is stronger than I thought. I am busy planning quality revision as we go along. After that, we shall reap the fruits of our labour...hopefully...

All the best, everyone! :celebrate: :celebrate:
Reading is for info input πŸ˜‰ Output depends on us.
Let's us all turn these input into positive output.
Everyone \"Jia You\" .. final week .. work hard .... and rest well :celebrate:

I dare not expect full marks from him, but my hope is his willingness to put in effort for his CA and SA. When time permits on weekdays, I tell hubby we go out for dinner to relax also rather than being stuck at home doing same old thing.
