How to grow taller???

Soak everything in a bowl for 1/2 hour.
Double boil for 3 hours.
Keep residue in fridge and reboil it the next day. No need to re-soak.

it slows down after menses ....but..but...i think it's still depends on individuality,
some of them grow at slower rate and at later stage.
as for my gal, i hope and believe she still can grow taller,
as her parents aren't short leh..... :lol:

I forgot already, but I think you double bowl it in that bowl of water that you use to soak it in the first place.

And yes, use back the same bowl the second time round.

why need to keep overnite, can't consume on the day itself??
