Haha, but I still HATE the hole made at the bottom of the loaf! :x And that was the real reason why I have been baking in my oven instead even when the machine was okay last time.

No, Z didn't stand a chance from the very begining even without the B resurrecting! The Z is cute, but too small for me. I would have bought the S if I really needed to replace the machine.

You can use your usual white bread recipe for that, like I said, just use coconut milk to substitute the liquid in it.
