      LKVM:
Congratulations maid for ur bluesky machine running again...Maid the bread looks yummy... may I ask which recipe u used and for 700g or 900g? How do you manage to cut the pieces so thin? when do you cut it when its totally cooled off?

:thankyou: LKVM. I did not use any of B's recipe, but one that I have been using for my white loaf all these while. Like I said, I substituted the liquid with coconut milk, that's all.

I used a bread knife which I bought long time ago when I first started baking bread. Was too impatient, did not wait for the bread to cool completely, but was still warm when I cut it.

That means Z got no chance to earn your money at all. πŸ˜‰

Haha, but I still HATE the hole made at the bottom of the loaf! :x And that was the real reason why I have been baking in my oven instead even when the machine was okay last time.

No, Z didn't stand a chance from the very begining even without the B resurrecting! The Z is cute, but too small for me. πŸ˜‰ I would have bought the S if I really needed to replace the machine.

Maid can you please PM me your recipe :please:

You can use your usual white bread recipe for that, like I said, just use coconut milk to substitute the liquid in it.
