Comparing Pre-school English Reading and Phonics Enrichment

Most of the pre-schools have phonics as part of their syllables but it may not help the child much if the parents don’t practice with them. The child would most likely to forget after a full course in school. So, the point is, if the parent could attend the phonics teaching themselves, they would be a great help to their own child by reinforcing the teaching on a day to day basis.

The clementi class will be on Sat at 3 pm. Was there for the briefing. They are targeting to start it sometime this month. Not usre abt the fees though. sorry.

Any can share the different cost for the classes at ZooPhonics, etc? I am looking at enrichment classes...my sister recommended Julia Gabriel but its so ex.. :shock:

For Zoophonic Enrichment (1x weekly)


Its $100 per month, $270 for 3 months if pay by 1 shot. (if I remember correctly)

For those time slots with Mandrain add on, its $120 per month.

Just to Share!
My daughter is in Zoo Phonics.
But after I attended the I Creative Learner parent orientation, I decided to withdraw her from Zoo Phonics once she started her class at ICL.

ICL not ony teaching phonics, they also cover on grammer, vocabulary and writing for nursery and K1 student. According to them,their students will able to write summary & composition by 2nd term of K2. Their program is to build an English foundation for the student to get ready for Primary school. According to them, their lesson is fun so their students will learn.

Their fees is $295 for 8 lessons which is around $147.50 per month, $27.50 more than Zoo Phonics but my daughter get to learn not only phonics, but more than that. I think this program worth the money.
