Hi JRLam,
In prev years, I would expect my son to score but if he can pass all 4 subjects at P5 CA1, that would be an achievement. Hardly passed his mock papers. It’s really scary but like what you mentioned, can’t wait for him to get papers done and over…prolong any longer, I will get burnt!!
Son refused to read Chinese books too.
Let me refuel and relax after this CA asap.
Oh yes, parent-teacher meeting will take place b4 Mar holidays. -

In earlier years, I know he will pass...just a matter of what marks.
Tsk Tsk Janet ....janet_lee88:
Yup, all the best to the kids.
I hope my son will pass his CA1

Must Have More Confidence in your Son and Yourself ....
Seeing How Hard Both of U Work ....
SURE Pass ONE!!!!
But after seeing his mock papers and the format, I am crossing my fingers and praying for the best. 10% means a lot esp from P5. -

For a long time, there have been buyers who want to buy into Toh Yi but no sellers...even if there are sellers, the flats are for non-Chinese as quota for Chinese is already full. According to an agent I spoke last year, there were units for sale to Chinese when there were 2 old estates en-bloc and drove prices of EM prices from $400k to $600k.Don't Let Any Housing Agent See this,
OR ....They Will Raise the Asking Price for the Estate .... -
Hi E3,
Remember the Science assessment book I asked if your daughter was asked to buy ?
The book for lower block was in the book list then. Saw it in the school bookshop last Thur. Bought the Upper Block as I wanted to go through and get son to practice some questions.

We like Taiwanese serials?
Yah boy. I kow tow to all you php parents. Very chiong hei wan. Everyone use the quote function like Taiwan serial ... keep rehashing the entire past history before making a point... :faint: . So we have to come in here now and then to prune the posts.

Thanks chief for the housekeeping. Ok, we'll remind ourselves not to watch too much 爱 anymore. Hehe -

Better to hold it after CA1...any damage done during CA1 can recover earlier during the 1 week hols instead of after SA1. Parents can ask the teachers what and how to improve before SA1.janet_lee88:

Hi Janet, it's not in the P3 Booklist this year. Unlikely that I'll be getting anymore Sci assessment books cos I think whatever she has now should suffice.Hi E3,

If the teacher didn't request for students to get, then don't do so. I find it rather easy and more like weekly revision.
