Happy Mama:

I forgot to buy bread today, so decided to bake Pandan Loaf, using fresh pandan leaves for the colour and fragrance.

Then, no e-lunch for us? :?

Lunch? Hmm... DD and I will lunch out today. But you all will have E-Snacks when I am back in the evening.. cos my bread will only be ready at 4 pm.

Hopefully, the green turns out on the bread as I didn't use much pandan leaves to pound.. but I'm sure it will definitely not be as luminous as peterch's buns.

Okie… E-snacks for my bread kakis… Unfortunately, the green didn’t turn out bright and luminous, hence my bread doesn’t look appealing at all, but it sure tastes yummy!!!
