You can easily go to the university website and check. Forexample for NUS, then
http://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/apply/apply.html

Click for the prospectus for A level students. Then , in the prospectus, under content page you will the pages for Admission Requirement.

Generally speaking, it is a pass in 2H2 and GP/KI in one sitting. And MTL at least D7. However, admission is based on competition each year and satisfying the above criteria does not guarantee admission. That is why, the university also published the admission grade profiles for each faculty which is also in the propectus.

Rosecy, RV no offer KI? I thought someone told me, KI is for better students who excel in GP. What is actually KI?

Students take either GP or KI (Knowledge & Inquiry). RV only offers GP currently.
