Dream Job - what if?

To own a supermarket and 'plays' the cashier! Simply sits at the counter the whole day and collect money! :lol:

One is to own a small cozy bookstore cum bistro, where people can sit back, relax with a cuppa and read.
At 20yrs old, me and a friend were dreaming about being a private chef/caterer. Where we cater to small intimate functions for busy people. She being the artistic one will handle table setting and ambience while me being interested in cooking will plan the menu and prepare the food. All pretty cosy and kinda atas.
Now, after working for so many years, I want to do no brainer jobs, pump attendant or checkout counter girl, ehh actually the latter need to use brain, gotta tally cash at the end of the shift so maybe not. -
A dream job is one in which a person can experience flow, as defined by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (watch his Ted video, http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/mihaly_csikszentmihalyi_on_flow.html).
When one experinces flow, one loses oneself in the work, and time passes very quickly! A tool that can be used to discover oneself is Edgar Schein's \"Career Anchors\". -
My dream job is to be a successful business woman owning my own business. Being successful means I can spend half the day living the tai-tai life-style ie. drive my kids around, spend time with them, not having to worry about domestic matters since I should be able to afford maids.
When I was in my twenties me & a close friend were also dreaming of owning a 2nd-hand bookstore renting out books. Because we both borrow a lot from these bookshops and thought it so cool to be able to run one!
At one time was also very actively using Yahoo! Auction to sell off my stuff, great fun that was when I was able to sell off some stuff at a profit or just cash out on certain gifts which I don't need. Dreaming about how to sell stuff on the website such that it can churn out profits instead of a loss (ke..ke...getting rid of old stuff is not exactly making a profit!).
