No, Mrs Lee did not mention any possible sites. I thought she had mentioned about temp container classrooms for P1 b4 when she informed about delay in construction of sports stadium some months ago.

U must have received the latest charity drive letter yesterday. There seem to be no end of it . Money still Not enough :roll: By the time everything is completed, my DS would have left NYPS.

Ok, but where would the temp container classrooms be located then? They would need at least 26 classrooms for both P1 and P2? I hope not too far from main building, cos' then I have to run TWO places to send 2 children to supposedly-ONE school.....

think in the recent kopi session with mrs lee, she mentioned that there are 2 choices for temp site for P1 & P2. Clementi and the canadian school at Toh tuck or something…

Based on the circular, it will be Jan 2013-Dec 2014.

My DS1 is currently in the choir - junior team. Practise is once a week for junior team & twice for senior team. I believe there will be more practices especially during school hols leading up to SYF competition. He's enjoying the practices so far.

The Friday practices clash with one of her classes… so will have to think about it first.

Just curious, how does one join the choir team? And at which level? That is, can P1 students join the choir? Any prior training or audition needed?

My DS1 was 'discovered' during the 3rd/4th term of his P1 music lesson. :lol: The music teacher picked a few students from his class & 'auditioned' them during one of the lessons. Then sent permission slip to parents (via student) to see if they can be allowed to join the team. He was interested, so I 'approved'. He didn't have training prior to joining the team. I was surprised he got picked.

I heard DS1 mention some of them join at P2, P3 as well. Junior team is P1-P3. Senior is P4-P6. But they do have a couple of P2/P3 in Senior team - must be good!
