I think its hard to trace if you had went to a lot of places and it is useless to do so.
It is unavoidable for DS not to get as the 2 kids tend to play together before any symptom appears.
Do take care of urself too. Adult might get it too.

I nail down to the place we went over the weekend and the most possible place is the Downtown East ExplorerKids Indoor Playground.

Ya, i know adults will get it from them too but its hard to prevent if we really suay suay (unlucky) to got it from them. They need us 24/7 and need us assurance by hugging and kissing them. Just πŸ™ hard that we are strong enough to fight against the virus.

Anyway both my kids situation is not that bad. They are considered mild case. DD1 still able to drink and eat, but DS2 is rejecting fluid. Have to go around source solutions to make him drink water. From Ice cream to bird nest to fruit juice to Yeo's drink. Anything, as long as I can put it inside his mouth. 😞

                      Dear all,

all my 3 kids were down with Hand-Foot-Mouth last week. Lucky for my ds1 and dd3, they are quite mild. in fact, ds1 like no effect, but since he has HFMD, he can't go to school. The other lucky thing is SA1 is over. πŸ˜“

Then for dd3, she just can't eat for 2 days. dd2 is the worst hit. She only start eating last Thursday. I never knew HFMD is so terrible until this round when all my 3 kids were down with it. I think for dd3, quite lucky that she drank a lot of cooling tea, she recover quite fast. dd2, maybe she is not as 'hadrworking' to drinking the tea and in fact, she is the only one with high fever (39deg C), she recovered so late.

Just want to share what I put in the cooling tea for them.

                      倏叀草
Boil the above for about 30mins, adding brown sugar (the chinese type that has medical effect) for taste. Cool and put in the fridge. When kids have HFMD, they will enjoy cold drink.

Hope that this can be useful for future use.

start to go up again :scared:
Is it due to the recent hot weather? My kids are not exposed to any one with HFMD, until now still not sure how they contacted it. Just hope that they will not get it again. πŸ™
