Is this thread confine to bread making only? I love to make birthday cakes for my love ones too.......Sorry, the thread is so long and moving fast too that I didnot go back to previous history. Do hope to make friends with passion in baking and share recipes as well as tips..

As for Japanese Red Bean Paste, perhaps you may want to try Daiso? Think I might have seen them being sold there.

Wow the buns look very delicious! I love eating tuna and hot dog buns, but not sure how to do it using the machine. Quite troublesome since we will have to manually roll them into shapes.

Use the machine for kneading and proofing, I suppose?
