      Hi DesertWind,

      Thanks for your feedback.

I am looking for playgroup instead of CCC. Anyway, it seems most of the CCCs in this area are full and difficult to get in due to strong demand.

      Aside to greenbean2011 and smurf,

      Thanks for sharing your experience.
I would definitely consider going back to Totsville for enrichment courses.

a friend of mine also looking for good childcare centres around these few areas - Thomson, Sin Min, Bishan and Toa Payoh (but not AMK bec too far). His son is K1 now, so he’s looking for child care, not playgroup. Would appreciate recommendation ? Thank you very much !

            Hi,

I am in a dilemma now, any parents can advise me pls? :?
            TIA!

I have just registered my child to a 2hrs playgroup for the second term. She is happy in this playgroup. The day after I paid up, LSH called me to offer my child a place in the afternoon slot. Should I take it up together with the 2 hours playgroup? (They are both within the same floor at amk hub. Logistics wise also another headache.) Will it be too tiring for my child who's turning 3 this year? Or will only 2 hrs be enough?

any parents can advise pls? Thank you!

                  to dokomo:

                  It’s really up to you.
What’s your main purpose for sending your child to the enrichment class/cc.
If you are stay at home mum and can look after your child, just wanting to send him for enrichment classes to learn smth and make friends, i would advice you to just let him go for the 2hours class.
If you are working and need Child care services, then take up the offer of LSH as i’m sure you there are many on the waiting list and you are one of the few that got called up.

So it all boils down to what’s the main purpose of sending him to these classes/child care center?

                        Thanks, little helper. 😄
I have decided to let dd stay on at the 2hrs class and send her to other enrichment classes (those once a week type) instead.
