Sometimes I wonder why the principle needs to interview every parents too. Since we are offering our help, be it educated or non-educated, also can volunteer our help to the sch.
Is the sch wants us to contribute $$ to the sch? That's y they want to view our CV? The more we earn the more we can 'volunteer' ?

It might be the reverse. The more people earn, the less they want to volunteer, because their 40 hours are more expensive compare to those who earn less

For people stay within 1km, is it possible that school might reject the PV application?
Does anyone apply PV for more than one schools just in case some school may reject your application? -
jat to check if any of you know that for PV, after your application is accepted, it’s either u or ur hubby can take turn to do the work to accumulate the 40 hours. my hubby told me this, so it’s good right? at least can share the "load" haaa… and no only one person have to use his/her leave only

Yes.. you are right... Both your hubby and yourself can take turn to perform PV duties to accumulate the 40 hours. I'm a PV at JWPS and occasionally my hubby took leave to perform ad-hoc duties whereas i will be concentrating on daily morning gate duty. I've completed more than 40 hours 2 months back, now only waiting for Phase 2B registration for my DD this coming July.

I did my PV interview this morning!! LOL found it more unnerving than an actual work interview
Principal was really nice where she asked to go for P2C and she will place me on waitlist if it is unsuccessful. I can start PV for my DD2 after Aug based on the outcome, if ballot is successful -> don’t need to PV.
Apparently Qifa received quite a number of applications for PV due to the unexpected balloting last year. it was a session of why is Qifa your choice of sch, what are you looking from it. had a brief of how the school is and if such a culture is adaptable to the parent. There were more to it but wow, it was really an eye opener to such things
