Usually Phase 1 registration is done through the older sibling...parents may not even need to register in person. That should take place early July. Phase 2A1 (alumni) will be roughly in 2nd week July. Phase 2B in late July, 2C in Aug.

Yes, for my DD1's school - I have already received the P1 2012 - Phase 1 enrollment form - DD1 passed to me to fill up. It is only a 2 pages form which requires to state the child enrolling name, photocopy of birth cert, immunization record, sibling currently studying in the school birth cert and both parents I/C. So I do not know whether this is considered the \"formal enrolment / submission\"?

My son brings home the P1 registration form every year before May. Parents don't have to go to school...just go through older sibling.
What you mentioned is the formal registration.

I have given my boy Pneumoccal (pnc D1) at the age of 2YO so it is only 1 jab right? how come in the immunisation history there were 2 other booster which indicated no record given?

anyway PNC is optional right?

Gave my daughter that jab too, when she was in Nursery or K1. I'm very proactive for compulsory jabs.

i called moe to enquire, she asked me to check past year records. there was one year when phase 2c was in the last week of july.

that is year 2009 P1 intake and happened in 2008. I am in P2C as well and need to block off the dates for my biz travel. So far (past 3yrs), it seems to be 1st week of Aug for P2C and results in the mid aug.

Registration Procedures
Parents registering their children under Phase 1 may submit the registration form and relevant documents through the older sibling who will be given the form by the school. For registration under Phase 2A(1) to Phase 3, a parent or a person authorized by the parent in writing is to submit the registration form and relevant documents at the school of choice.

You can authorise someone to register on your behalf if you are not in spore.
