oh dear! is it true that those in sports cca must get gold?! then die lah, my son said he has problems with sit and reach. though he is okay with the rest…i recalled reading the earlier posts that gold is a must if they were to be selected for competitions. if they can’t get gold, they can still stay in the cca but they won’t be able to take part in competitions.

Gold is not that difficult to get if you're fit, but it is a daunting requirement that you MUST get gold in order to stay in a CCA. Unnecessary pressure.

is best to take Bio as it gives the pupil a better foundation,
who knows it may play a role in the uni 's interviews......
giving rise to better chances apart from the actual performance at the interview.

What if you have an MC? Can't they give her a re-test at a later date then?
