      Understandable.... To err is human.

      However if she make the mistake 3 to 4 times per week then I don't think that is pure mistakes.

      Usually I will question my helper when she make the same mistake over again and she will always reply me \"I forget\".

      Right now whenever she forget again, I will \"nag\" at her every hour until she can remember. :oops:

                  My ex-indo maids didn't usually have the time to say sorry, when I tell them this is not correct, already their eyes start turning red, and then 10 sec later, it'll be brimming with water.

                  At times I get so exasperated I just tell them, cry no use; next time just remember.

                        I made my ex-Indon maid wrote down my instruction in her notebook, in the end she still forget. I think they leave their memory at home.
