      lizhi:

Every day after I come home from work at around 7pm, I would jog down the street and jog back with my dd. After that, then I take a shower and eat my dinner at 7.30pm. I think it is an easy way to exercise.
Wat? From 7-7:30pm can jog, shower and eat dinner.

Wah lizhi, it must be a very short jog you got there. πŸ˜‰

Alamak, you just 'tio suan' by a overweight man who can't even lift his knees pass waist level. 😐

If not enough seats, just sit on the wooden floor lah... very relaxing. Better still, bring our yoga mats and start doing yoga...

Hi parents, need your advice -

We are thinking of getting mobile phone for my P5 son - haha, I know, this is like very 老叀董 right? I know lots of kids have handphones since P1, iphone somemore!

Well, the intention is really to keep track of his whereabout, what time did the supplementary class ends, why he is not home yet by XX etc, especially with all the supplementary classes, NAFA, enrichment lessons, CCA etc. Quite often the teachers release them slightly later, resulting in him missing the late-afternoon school bus and has to take public transport, of which the timing is ever so irregular, plus missing the buses due to over-packed situation .. so we really have no idea what time should he be home, or his whereabout on certain days.

Anyway, our concern for getting him the phone is - while we can buy mobile plan to limit the call-time or # of sms, we can't control when they call / sms, or too much time spend playing iphone games, or surfing etc, whether at home (I am a FTWM) or in sch.

We also read that we shouldn't see their sms as that is construed as invasion to their privacy? Then how we know if they are doing something 'wrong' behind our back?

Any advice what is the best 'implementation/execution' plan to reap the best results with the least undesirable results  ? Any 'Best Demonstrated Practice' to share here? Also what's the best or most suitable mobile plan available in the market?

                      Thanks alot in advance!

Can charge many times .... a few long weekends coming up.
But 9-May is not holiday for me, just off-in-lieu.

Actually thinking about the steep slope at the start of BT hill, I'm starting to feel tired oredi.
