hi all, just check for recipe.

beside making fish and chips with cream snapper… wat else can i do with it? i bought few pieces from cold storage over the weekend, thking to fry with bread crumps, making fish and chips. any other ideas? Thanks

[micollh]

anyone can share how to make the batter coating for fish and chips ? the coating for the fish fillet? i use egg white(dip the fillet in), then dip into the bread crumps, and fry, i find sometimes the breadcrupms will fall off during the drying process… and the coating ended up not nice. any recipe? thanks.

i dun use bread crumps.
for the batter, i use a mixture of tempura flour from Nissin and wheat flour.
yes, dip in egg and coat with batter and deep-fried.
