Today is the last day of compo. exam and the other 4 subjects will start next Tuesday.

As such, taking a break and going to the work party rally tonight!!

Actually I kind of welcome the fact that it is finally starting soon .. err.. I mean the SA1 (not GE! GE should start AFTER SA1! I am sure the crowds in rallies will be even larger!!). Each passing of day means 1 paper DOWN!!!! 1 paper less to go 🙂 No matter how the child did for the paper, what's over is over, careless mistake, challenging questions, etc, are all history. We know they work hard (well, of course we always hope they can work HARDER or more auto-pilot lah!), so just move on ...and celebrate! Hahaha, exam is not over, here I am thinking of how to celebrate already ...

True. If the GE is after SA1 I would be also attending the other rallies hold by SDP, NSP etc

Feel much better as half of the exam like oral, compo. already completed. Tell dd we are going out this evening and she just need to finish her school work and the rest of time is up to her lah.

Want to talk more but I think chief will scold if we write anymore ge stuff on this thread. Better stick to p5 stuff 😄

          Hi pixiedust,

Yes, the PSLE papers 1 & 2 all on the same day. \"Lucky\" the written papers are only stretched over 4 days for most kids...not the 1-2 wks for most sch exams...

We also went to some rallies - but didn't stay thru-out - more like break time & exposure for son... 😄

Waaaaaah! Still go rally... I am such a couch potato I'll just settle for online political stimulation. The Daughter and her friends are going though.

I envy you guys, can go attend rallies. I’m dying to go for one but it’s my work’s peak period and I still have 2 kids to coach. Hubby would rather have me go hot yoga with him, tell him no time lah… sigh… can only watch youtube rallies but thankfully TodayOnline provides clear quality videos.

CL compo today and after this paper, we can put all the Oral and Compo books aside to go straight to Paper 2. Not that son’s Oral & Compo are fantastic but the feeling of being neither here nor there is frustrating.

Hubby follows the rallies and tells me bits here and there…I couldn’t be bothered. I am only thinking of next Friday when I can yell, ‘Hooray ! SA1 over !’
