My DH started seriously training for marathons (i.e. He didn’t just aim to finish, he aimed to do a good time). He used to be on the verge of plump. Now he’s actually skinny! I’ve never seen him so skinny. And he eats like a horse. Much more than before. Still, he lost 10kg in less than a year. After two years he’s still running. I tell him never to stop running or he’ll balloon back.

But that’s too much work for most people!

I tried 1 trial session last year. To rid abdominal fats/water retention. A total of 20+ needles. Very uncomfortable.

Shared this with another TCM physician who treated my children, he claimed 20+ is too much. He could do with less.

            All the best.

thanks but i don’t take alcoholic products…take small portion but no time for exercise…just brisking walkg.

still no matter how i can’t seems to shake off the inches. better put it, inhale air also can increase my love handles.

I suggest you some exercise to slim down.

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.
