my DD this time only has ulcer in throat.. no dots dots le.. doc said can happen this way.. the weather is very hot.. in air con room, they can sleep longer and i personally think the hot weather will sometimes cause rashes in kids.. how old is ur bb ? my DS coming to 15 mth-old.. i worry he will get it from DD too.. sigh.. dunno how to prevent ..

my bb boy coming to 1yr next mth. also has ulcer in his throat. only noticed the dots when i brought him to pd last thurs. korkor no hfmd, just ulcer.
i bought dettol handwash, sanitizer. whenever korkor touch didi, i immediately bring (or rather drag) him to wash his hands. i don't even let didi play with korkor's toys. but mil on the other hand, think didi can play le, but i play safe lah.

how's weekends? my DS had fever last thursday.. ok on Friday night. then my DD yesterday afternooin after nap fever. evening 39.7 doc put suppository to bring the fever down.. now still on paracetamol.. i also down with flu.. maid also got running nose.. siaooo

I also had a busy weekend...On friday night, DS3 (2yo) fell down and hurt his right arm while playing with me at home. ๐Ÿ˜ข He cried badly so we quickly sent him to the doc but just as we drove out of our place he fell asleep so we made a U-turn home. But he woke up in the night crying and complaining that his arm hurt.

Brought him to the clinic on Sat and doc said no dislocation or fracture but it will take a while for the sprain to heal. Sat night DS3 cried when he pee. We found the tip of his penis a bit swollen and he had mild fever. Monitor the condition till Mon and brought him to clinic again. Doc said could be mild UTI. Who knows after doc visit, he didnt cry anymore when he pee. But I still collect his urine sample and sent to the clinic this morn.

micollh, hope your DD and DS get well soon. It's not easy to prevent the virus from spreading from one kid to another. My kids like to share food or drink from each other's water bottle.. :stupid:

very hard to restrict them not to play with one another.. just have to do our best to prevent too much contact and keep remining my DD to wash hands and NOT TO PUT FINGERS/TOYS in mouth.. they just like to do that..sigh.. headache.
