last year the app rate for Phase 2C is 190% for Rulang.therefore the chances of getting in is 52% (100/190).

this year i pray that the app rate for <1km is less than 190% since the birth rate for 2003 is lower.somemore those who has oldest siblings should get in.really cross my fingers.

But since there were 100+ people applying for PV and only 40+ selected plus a number or people who missed/did not apply for PV.. well chances are it will exceed the 190% this year..but like I said I do hope I'm dead wrong..

I wouldn't just look at last year's. The average APP in Phase 2C for schools in Jurong West from 2006-2008 are:
                Boon Lay Garden\t\t29%\tAverage deviation: 0%Corporation Primary\t24%\tAverage deviation: 4%Jurong West Primary\t220%\tAverage deviation: 32%Juying Primary\t17%\tAverage deviation: 2%Lakeside Primary\t55%\tAverage deviation: 7%Pioneer Primary\t40%\tAverage deviation: 14%Rulang Primary\t297%\tAverage deviation: 71%Shuqun Primary\t109%\tAverage deviation: 5%West Grove Primary\t298%\tAverage deviation: 30%Xingnan Primary\t87%\tAverage deviation: 25%
The lower the average deviation, the more certain the number. By the looks of it, people going for Rulang may be in for a wild ride with 71% average deviation!

:!: 71% The numbers are really nerve-wrecking! That's why I think unless I can get into Phase 2B for Rulang otherwise won't go for its Phase 2C.. never had this type of luck!
