a female corpse believed to be that of a maid was found on the rooftop watertank of block 686b woodlands st 73 and blood stains were found in the water tank which may have tainted the water supply to more than 700 households.


residents saw a male foreigner quarreling and choking a woman believed to be an indonesian maid. he was thought to have been arrested.

:shock: the point is how the h*** did he get access onto the roof top water tanks :? and to think the residents may have drank the contaminated waters :sick:

This incidence is really gross. Luckily the water supply was cut off early at 11am.


Rule of thumb: once u see unusually coloured water, do not use it at all :scared:

Totally gross. Some might be spring cleaning with the alternative water source. Although the tainted water was cut off at 11am but some households might already use it to mop floor, laundry, bathing and cooking.....just too :sick: So many things to disinfect.....

Yup, i remember that scary show. On and off i still think of the show especially when there is an odour from the toilet.

PUB pipes do not contain enough pressure to send water to high rise flats

so they use water pump to pump water to store in the tanks on top of the roof so that every user can enjoy \"pressurised\" water when you turn on the tap

yes the water from you tap comes from the tanks if you are staying highrise unless you are staying in the first 3 or 4 floors or stay landed
