Why heng? When you shower, just make sure you don't look up at the ceiling then you'll be alright (think this was a scene from a horror movie). :siam:

to see spots of dripping blood :? 😓

reminds me of those Jap horror shows whereby a school gal saw droplets of blood dripping onto her school book at her desk in the classroom, & when she looks up, there's a body hanging from the ceiling...but none of her classmates saw it... :nailbite: :offtopic: :siam:

:yikes: Blood from the ceiling?

That's the price they need to pay for using cheap labour to earn more $ from us.

To think of it, what happens if someone decides to poison the water? :yikes: :yikes: This is definitely a case of security lapse. Someone's head will roll. :slapshead: :spank:

Precisely. First head to roll will be the Top person of Woodlands Town Council?... followed by.......

i still dnt understand why that man can be so easily access to the rooftop and the water tank

sometimes it cld be they hv some work to be done up on the rooftop, so they were given access. this fw guy cld hv plot to take revenge on the very same day.

but what makes me wonder is how did he manage to carry her body up to the rooftop :? from the highest floor, u still hv climb up a ladder isnt it :scratchhead:

Who has the access to the rooftank? If not under strict control, imagine some terrorists add poison to the water in it and the citizens still drink happily…

very dangerous. It’s not just the water tank at Woodlands alone. can be any water tank in any HDB flat. all you need is a pair of wrong hands going up to water tank … scary!

I read both news were on the same page of one of the chinese papers, maid one on top; the JB one below...and I recall reading that the JB residents drank and used the water for 3 days vs SG only 4 hours.

Yes, unfortunately, I do agree that no one will be held accountable - no heads will roll.
You never know whether it was contaminated for only 4 hours. How about instances when the maid and B worker hanky panky at the roof ? Don't they use water after their affairs ? How long have they been contaminating the water ? It sends shivers down my spine thinking of the supposedly better than world standard water quality that block has been using.

how to prevent maids from getting involved with B workers ?

the papers reported that it is very common for maids and FW to fall for each other partly bec they want company/lust/loneliness and they can confide to each other about their boss/work etc when boy-meets girl, sparks fly high even though they may be married back home

1 good thing that come out of this tragedy is that: now we know that there are lapses in the security of water tanks and the TC are expected to follow up on security measures immediately
