You can try to contact the Town Council again if it really disturb you. I can assure you that TC is very effective now after GE... :evil: I have tried that juts this week and even got my MP to reply within 24 hrs with action taken within 2 days! :lol:

2) Put a metal spoon into the boiling liquid ( soup, water etc) - if it boils & you're not ard to keep an eye, it won't boil over. ( saw this on the Jap TV prog on tips on Tues - personally tried & tested, works!)

This is what we do during distillation in chemistry experiment. We add boiling chips to stabilise the boiling process. So likewise, the metal spoon stabilises the boiling so the liquid won't boil over.

Advice given was to spray insecticide, pour thinner etc but the cat still return after the smell gone. Found out that some brainless person left food at the staircase to feed the cat. :mad: I removed the food and swear to :spank: :nunchuk: the culprit if I ever caught him or her. One day DH saw the cat resting on our mat outside the main door and questioned it. DH was like \"were you the one who pass motion in my pot?\" After chasing it away a few times, it got the message. :imcool:
