It seems like a lot of schools have open house on the same day, about the same time. Last yr, it was also like that. In the end, we can't go to some of the schools.

There is no choice. SA1 just completed. This saturday is the first available, and next saturday is school holiday liao

should hold it over 2 days, both Saturday AND Sunday. Not just 1 day.

then parents won’t miss any good school.

I think it was also unfortunate it rained yesterday so traffic and parking were also affected.

ya lor! it started off as a bright, sunny Saturday morning initially … around 10 am, start to pour… bad traffic jam along Bukit Timah, Dunearn road.

I attended the NYGH open house and it was worth going. The programme was very well organised. There were talks in chinese as well as in english, school tour, performance and talk for GEP stds. I enjoyed the talks by the Principal. Most of the talks were conducted by the students (2 Sec1 girls, 2 Sec 2 girls, 2 Sec 4 girls(I think), 1 jc 2 (ex NYGH) and 1 ex HC graduate) and they talked about their experiences and ALL said that they encouraged potential students to enrol in NYGH. I was very impressed with the facilities when compared with other school. The talk given by the Principal was very informative and there was a Q and A session. :boogie:

Agree. Although we didn't attend the talk but the campus and the student there really impressed us a lot. DD is so  with NYGH. That's why we spent 3 hours plus there.
