Also, for those in the West, there was this Mitsukoshi Gardens which is similar to Big Splash. Their wave pool was awesome! The entire place was really huge! :imcool:

It closed down after some time and changed it's name to C N West (or C & West)... Cannot remember which was the actual name.... anyone remembers this place?

Oh ye, Mitsukoshi Garden too! I went there with my classmates and teachers when I was in Sec 3, but I didn't dare to mention that in case nobody here knows what I am talking about! :? So glad you mentioned it! :celebrate:

u know those stuff eaten with green chilli, then inside the so call cracker, gt this cooked prawns with their shells....

ah yes, the indian old man with a turban and balance his tray of nuts and carried a foldable stand. We called him the kaciam puteh man, he would rolled up a piece of paper to a cone and scopped nuts into them..

we called this goli (hokkien) for marbles. I had the huge ones like fish ball size which were white and hard as a rock.

i think there was a cartoon series on her right? and my favourite was siao qing wa (small froggy) which was screened on TV around that time.

got small ones and big ones. those big ones are said to be more powerful as can hit the smaller ones away [/quote]yah the big ones got chipped off if you hit too hard at the small ones
