      MummyThreeStreams and Funx3, thanks for the warm welcome! I sure hope to get more tips and tricks to manage my young crowd! I stay at Woodlands (close to where the latest maid incident happened, if you are interested to know! hah! :P), where do you all stay?

      @Funx3
      Wow you are the lucky one cos you can stay at home and watch every moment of the growing up of your 3 princesses! ๐Ÿ™‚ If given a choice i may like to do that too (but will really need to find a way to let out the SAHM stress sometimes)!

          Iโ€™m a SAHM. Was working full-time when DS1 was born, but took no pay leave when he was about 20 months. Then went back to work on a Part-time basis when DS2 was 20 months. DS3 was born 4 months ago and Iโ€™m back on no pay leave. So Iโ€™ve experienced being FTWM, PTWM, SAHM. I experience frustrations with each, and I was particularly unhappy when I was a FTWM as I was working too hard. PTWM was a good balance. But I think Iโ€™m most contented as a SAHM.

                  When I only had one child, he didnโ€™t get sick much. With two kids, the frequency of illness went up. now with three, itโ€™s gone crazy. My kids have been taking turns to fall ill. The older ones keep bringing bugs back from school and passing it round to everyone in the family, including me and DH. The older ones donโ€™t get very sick, just mild sniffles and coughs, but the baby gets it quite bad. I havenโ€™t had all three kids healthy in the last two months. I wish I could break this cycle of illness, but itโ€™s impossible to isolate the kids from each other. I get them to wash hands frequently, and the two older ones take vit and fish oil to boost their immunity.

                  My friend with three kids also experienced this. And i am told itโ€™s part and parcel of having three kids. How about you guys? How do you deal with it?

                    My older kids are in CC but seldom bring home virus from school. I give them probiotics to boost their immunity. The youngest one usually takes longer to recover when he falls sick (maybe still young and hence lower immunity). But my kids are very much like me, they have more stomach related problems than common cough and flu.

                        As much as possible, if the older ones are sick, I will tell them not to have close contact with the bb. If the bb is sick, I will keep her away from them too. They go to kindy, so far so good, they don't fall sick so often. :oops: to say, it's when they are on hols that they fall sick......

                        For the sleeping arrangements, we will separate too.
