Don't sell!! I totally regret selling years ago.. can't get the same space or amenities anywhere else.. the area is quiet but not ulu, and even the atrocious traffic has improved.. now I wanna move back must pay more than double what we sold..

Yes, Toh Yi estate is small. Not that I want to boast, now got money also don't have flat. I love my corner flat with its morning sun.

Move back! It will only get more ex! But this area very limited supply in the open market now. Seems like everyone is waiting for the mrt to be ready.

We were lucky. We are 2nd owners. Bought ours for less than 300k in 1998.
We will not move to a private unless we have $$ to keep this house. Otherwise, keep the $$.

Mine is corridor unit but I have ample space for all rooms. Good neighbours too.
