I use only citibank. Only good for 1 for 1 dining deal. I heard that UOB card and OCBC and POSB quite good. I prefer to use a card which can allow me to sign up spa or facial package and pay in instalments. Citibank usually don’t have this arrangement. Strangely I don’t even have to keep my purchase receipts, I can just go through the statement and will know whether I have signed for that particular purchase.

Generally, I like the following :

                        * Manhatten - best cash rebate in town? But now capped at$200 per quarter. We used this when there is big item such as watches, etc…
                        * CIMB - When my manhatten cap has reached so that at least I still can get 1% rebate for spending
                        * Amex krisflyer - so that my spending gets converted into miles that enable me to redeem more tickets faster.
                        * Esso Tiger - for petrol at Esso station
                        * POSB - for utlities and payment at Watsons
