My fave is Citibank coz they have the best customer service. They have waived off the fees every year without fail so I tend to prefer to put all my major purchases on Citibank to \"repay\" their kindness. HSBC's customer service is not so responsive and I vomited blood a few times speaking with them. DBS just let me cancel my card without offering to waive the fees. 😐

we have alot of diff ‘brands’ CC as diff banks give diff promotions / discounts…

dun really fancy SCB as seldom get to use so cancel it… UOB and SCB both quite ‘nghiao’ and only propose a 50% waiver so we cancelled both…

got a v unpleasant incident over UOB as well re their UOB ONE card so now this UOB ONE is only used for company purchases / petrol (minimum usage if possible)…

we normally use Citibank for dining / shopping / Singtel bills, OCBC NTUC for shopping in NTUC and POSB Everyday for our SP, Carrefour etc… Got a pleasant surprise when I realised the POSB Everyday card accumulates $$ from the rebatest gotten from SP & Carrefour bills which allows me to shop for free in Watson…

i have been diligently stapling all receipts signed on a A4 sheet of paper, categorised and filed against ‘banks’ in an arch file, every month when i receive the bill i will tally the bill against my file…

audit correct, the cc bill will be kept in a clear folder according to their due dates… few days before due i will go AXS and pay… yes, will always pay in full to avoid interest payable…
