Many of my colleagues also worked many years. I guess everyone likes the co. culture and the boss so we stayed on for so many years.

i feel as FTWM, if the company gives u the flexibility in term of able to take time off/urgent leave/childcare leave to handle our kids, and the salary is ok (i cant expect too much for the effort i put in, really, compare to last time cheong)… i thk stay put… unless better opportunity lor… i’ve been in my company for 6 years plus liao… jst got my 5 years long service awards recently… first year was contract. i think if nothing happen i will just stay put till i get my 10 year long service muahaha

LKVM and Tigger, thanks and I looked forward to new job.

Actually if colleagues and boss are nice, we tend to stay longer despite maybe having a not so attractive salary.

I stay in the west. Want to go exercise together? I like to have different group of friends to do different things. Plus meeting and making new friends are fun. Don’t know why at this age, it seems more difficult to make new friends.

Mayb I am facing mid-life crisis now so always thinking of meeting new people. My old job always having men clients which is so boring…get to close to them people might have the wrong idea. So better stick to women safer!!

I stay in the North. I do have plans to exercise but that will be after my delivery. Want to go back to my post preggy weight. Sigh...but I think tough to achieve my ideal weight after 4 kids..

I think making friends is a lot more easier when we are young. We meet new people when we go school, go partying etc. Now as a FTWM, after work we usually will rush home to spend time with kids...how to find extra time to make new friends (except online...keke).
