That depends on which year is ur child born and when is he registering. Anyway if u qualify under 2A then no need to PV.

Yes, u are still eligible for phase 2A even though ur husb studied in Rulang for 5 yrs only.

For PV, Rulang balloted for those staying out of 2km this year. So it's not guaranteed unless maybe you stay within 1km? Have to depend on the demand and supply that year.

This yr Rulang gotta ballot for Ph2B as there are 2 sets of twins w/in 1km in Ph2B......
