My friend sent her 2 kids to the Grammar and Writing School when they were in P5 & P6 and she highly recommended them. Was told the way they conduct the lessons is quite different.

Have always wanted to send my DDs there but the timings just will not fit.
My DD attends lessons at Creative Horizons just across the road from Grammar & Writing School. They do not just do writing. But have been told the classes are very fun. Good if you are looking at developing skills in answering English questions, cos they do not give too much work.
Hi Sammifan, would you know how it is different?

Sorry, I do not quite know. But spoke to one of the teachers there and quite impressed with them. You know in many centres we do not get to speak to the teacher, but just the admin personnel. The teacher I spoke to spoke very well and the first hurdle was cleared.

I guess you can try out for 1 month to see how it goes.

              Hi Belle,

Sure, you can email us or call us to register. However, we would
start when we have 4 students of the same level registering for that
              class.

              TAS

              Hi,

Can I know how many students are already on the waiting list for this level for your Sunday, 9.30 to 11.30am timeslot?
What is the likelihood of starting the class??

              Hi Belle,

We have more demand for a P3/4 class on Sunday at 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm
so we are going to start that class in July. For the Sunday morning slot
that you are talking about, the demand is for different levels.

              TAS

                Hi Sherlyn,

No currently, we are starting a new P3 Creative Writing class
at Bukit Timah but not a P4 class.

                  Hi bbxuan,

We have classes on Saturday from 9.30 am - 11.30 am and
on Sunday from 9.30 am - 11.30 am. Perhaps you can
call or email us to arrange for an assessment to see which
class your child is suitable for?

                    Hi,

My son is going P1 next year and his current child care centre teacher is telling me that he forms sentences that doen’t sounds quite correct so am thinking of sending him for creative wriiting.

Any good tutor or enrichment centre to recommend?

                    Thanks.

                      Hi,

If at west area, you may consider Miss Han at Jurong West Blk 558 and The Mexxi near Jurong East Interchange 😄

                        Hi wcc

I would tink LCentral’s not bad. They consider academic but yet little homework. And 1 more plus point, their class is really small (but oso depends on the timing), mine DS class, only 2 person.
As for Lorna Whiston, quite good comment too from other parents.
BC - they teaches in a fun way bah (their motto: Happy learner gets result).
For ICR, to me, same as LC, but disadvantage will be more expensive than LC, my colleague just told me they increase the fee.

Happy Choosing. I have Pm you.
