The lack of officer manning the counter is their operational lapse but we should not enter another country without the necessary processing.

sometimes some processing can be rather confusing. i foresee that when the new fingerprint system is fully operational, there may be alot of probs. zzz.

In their case, there was no urgent matters to attend over there, so it's best not to cross the borders. Without the proper stamp we will be at the losing end, no matter the circumstances.
