many Churches do run Marriage prep course and outsiders non-members can attend to, and need not be Christians too.

there is also marriage refresher course called ‘the marriage course’ for those who have been married for any number of years, incl grannies

I remember that in my marriage preparation course, the church brought in married couples who have been married for more than 10 years to share about their lives together. They shared what difficulties they overcame and various topics such as raising children, dealing with in-laws, money, infidelity etc.

It is still good for us to be given some tips and advice. I, for one, tend to make lots of mistakes in life when I just follow my heart.
