Situation may look optimistic on 27 Jul, but come 29 Jul, anything can happen. Hence, it's better to wait till the third day of P2C registration.

Hmm.. still confuse.. you mean there will be difference on the different days of registration? Do schools tabulate up the registration slots taken each day?

i think qms wants you to wait til the last day last few hrs to btr estimate what's ur chances. a lot of parents are doing the same thing, meaning only registering in Phase 2C on the last day.

2) Teletext (Channel 8, page 720)

Maybe after 4.30pm today, there will be some updates.
